We hosted our very first fundraising event on May 17th 2008 from 6pm-10pm at the Doubletree Hotel in beautiful downtown Austin. There was athree course dinner including a ceasar salad, petite filet mignon with bernaise sauce garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. There were big winners at our blackjack, craps, and roulette tables and our silent auction and raffle was a huge success. Our event was a great success and everyone had a great time. We hope to see everyone again next year.
